Civic Center Parking and Streetscape Improvements

The work for which proposals are invited consists of constructing a new public parking lot and reconstructing the police parking lot west of the Civic Center and constructing streetscape improvements adjacent to the proposed parking lots within the right-of-way. Work for the parking lot includes concrete and asphalt pavement removal; earth excavation; grading and preparing sub-base material; placing aggregate base material; constructing storm sewer improvements; concrete curb and gutter; concrete sidewalk replacement and streetscape improvements; hotmix asphalt pavement; lighting improvements; pavement markings; and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the proposed improvements.
