Clay County EMS Building

**As of July 22, 2022, this project has been cancelled and will not be moving forward. Project Scope: A new 60 foot x 60 foot Wood Sipes building system with a mezzanine located on the Clay County Conservation property located adjacent to Oneota Park in Spencer Iowa. The building will primarily house the EMS trailer and associated equipment, future EMS coordinator office, and future dorm rooms for the county conservation dept. A fire protection system is included in the scope of work. Proposers can also bid a conventional wood frame, or wood pole style building system that meets the design intent of the construction drawings, and other Work indicated in the drawings and specifications Project No - 22-26432
