College of Business HVAC Replacement

Owner purchased equipment for the University of Louisville College of Business HVAC IAQ improvements. The equipment includes Modular Heat Recovery Chiller, Knock Down Central-Station Air-Handling Units and Hydronic Pumps indicated in the contract plans and specifications (attached). Please note that this Request for Proposal is for equipment only; the installation Modular Heat Recovery Chiller shall be modular type, electric-motor-driven, scroll water chillers that can chill building cooling water or heat building heating hot water. Simultaneous heating and cooling shall be possible from the chiller unit. Factory controls capable of communicating with the building automation system via BACnet MS/TP protocol. Communication shall be without the addition of converters or gateways. Knock Down Central-Station Air-Handling Units are variable-air-volume single and multi-zone air handling units. The Hydronic Pumps shall be single stage, canned-rotor type, in-line design.
