Demorest Road Improvements, Phase 1

Over 12,400 S.Y. of asphalt pavement roadway reconstruction, over 2,200 S.Y. of asphalt pavement resurfacing, installation of over 6,200 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, over 20,600 S.F. of concrete sidewalk and over 162 C.Y. of asphalt shared-use path, over 4,000 L.F. of storm sewer and over 2,200 L.F. of water main including water service connections, removal and replacement of a box culvert structure and extension of a 48” pipe culvert, installation of a new traffic signal and street lighting and other related work. Installation of 1,176 linear feet of a 38”x57” arch pipe and associated manholes, in lieu of 927 feet of 12” to 24” pipe as shown in the base bid.
