Site work for a water / sewer project in Hampton, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. The Billy Woods Canal is located behind commercial and residential properties that feed into the Back River. This project will increase upstream water storage with the goal of both reducing downstream flooding and increasing the volume of treated stormwater to improve water quality following rain events.
