Case Coal, Llc Bond Forfeiture

Shall consist of mobilization of the contractor’s workforce and equipment, construction site preparation, construct erosion and sediment controls, reestablish and maintain site drainage through proposed and existing ditches, ponds, and other storm-water management structures, reclaim specified highwalls with onsite spoil material, revegetate all disturbed areas, and reclaim sediment ponds and sumps upon establishment of permanent and stable vegetative growth.
