Description

The SOW will include efforts necessary to provide planning and conceptual design services in support of United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) campus development. This SOW is specific to programming, planning and visualization services as defined below and is not intended to extend to technical design. The selected consultant team shall provide recommendations for the short and long term development and preservation of the campus. The consultant team will be expected to have or gain extensive knowledge of the USAFA campus, to include how it was conceptualized at its inception, and apply those principles to future development in an innovative, sustainable and technologically savvy manner, ensuring the campus remains visually consistent, functional, and flexible. The A-E shall provide planning services over an extended period of time to ensure a comprehensive and consistent process that results in fully integrated planning efforts over the long term.
