Parking Structure V and Arts and Performance Complex

New 400,000 gross square feet, 1,200 spaces, parking structure south of Naveen Jindal School of Management that may include auxiliary space, catering kitchen to serve the future Arts and Performance Complex, and potential E&G space. The design shall include roadwork to be determined by traffic studies as part of this project, extension of utilities to the site and potential roof mounted photovoltaics. Total Project Cost (TPC) for this project is $35,000,000. New 110,000 gross square foot Arts and Performance Complex south of the Naveen Jindal School of Management that may include offices, classrooms, an art library, art storage and conservation facilities, gallery space for The Barrett Collection of Swiss Art, The Trammell and Margaret Crow Museum of Asian Art Collection, and the prospect of a collection of Latin American Folk Art and loans or donations from the Wildenstein Plattner Institute. The Total Project Cost (TPC) for this project is $70,000,000.
