Description

FY22 F-35A SQUADRON OPERATIONS FACILITY 6, LUKE AIR FORCE BASE, ARIZONA. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS. The solicitation will be prepared in accordance with FAR 15, and include evaluation factors, developed in accordance with FAR 15.304. This will be a Competitive Request for Proposal(RFP),using BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF procedures, resulting in a firm fixed price contract. The estimated cost range of this procurement is $10,000,000.00 - $25,000,000.00. Solicitation W912PL-22-R-0014 and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/content/home). This acquisition is 100% Full and Open. Be advised that according to AFARS 5132.702(a)(ii)(B) - Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. NOTE: Contractor must be registered with the central contractor registration at SAM.gov in order to receive a Government contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
