Description

The City of Stockbridge (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firm(s) to provide water control office and Lab Renovation to the City of Stockbridge Sewer Lab/Administration Building. The demolition of the laboratory & offices includes the removal of 2,500 SF of flooring, wall base, and all the ceiling tiles & light fixtures. The removal of all the restroom plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, tile shower, and toilet partitions, and the removal of all the locker room lockers and bench. The removal of the wall between office 4 & 3, and the removal of the conference room wall. The removal of all the laboratory casework, countertops, and plumbing fixtures & accessories, and the removal of the breakroom cabinets, countertops, and plumbing fixtures & accessories.
