Bransford Road Shared Use Path

Due to the recent events surrounding the Coronavirus, bids shall be submitted electronically through the website. Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by The City. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically check for Addenda which may have been posted on the Civcast USA website. The purpose of the pre-bid conference is for City Staff to explain the requirements related to the project and to open the floor for questions and answers. Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project to the person identified below by Friday, March 4, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. Questions that result in changes to the specifications will be answered in writing and copies distributed to bidders of record in the form of an addendum. The project includes approximately 3,300 LF of a 10' wide proposed concrete hike and bike trail along the west parkway of Bransford Road and 2,500 LF of 18" & 24" reinforced concrete pipe and 3'x2' and 4'x2' concrete box culvert. This shared use sidepath will connect Colleyville City Park to the Cotton Belt Trail just north of Shelton Drive
