Description of the Project: The purpose of this project is to repair Building 840/844, Fireman Training Facility, at the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center. The contractor will need to provice cost proposal based on the Scope of Work and provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to complete the project. (See SOW) 2. Instructions to Bidders: 2.1. You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled) W50S86-22-B-0001 TDVG 102825 Repair Firefighter Facility at the Alpena CRTC, MI 49707. 2.2. As a result of this solicitation, the Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price. 2.3. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. 2.4. A formatted disk (CD) with all documents required by this bid shall be submitted. 3. NOTICE OF PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: 3.1. A pre-bid conference will be conducted (see FAR Clause 52.236-27 Site Visit) for the purposes of briefing on the bid requirements and answering questions regarding this solicitation.
