SHSU Parking Lot Z3-65 Drainage

The Contractor shall provide all of the materials, equipment, labor and coordination required to complete the scope of work as generally described below, and as further detailed in the Drawings and Specifications. It includes but is not limited to: Provide equipment, labor and materials, all in accordance with Jose I. Guerra Documents titled “Sam Houston State University, Batch Plant Parking Lot Drainage and Erosion” dated March 19, 2019 Major items of work include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of soil and regrading of slope to the southwest of existing parking lot. 2. Install approx. 450l.f. of concrete curb and storm inlets with concrete drainage pipes. 3. Install precast concrete culvert headwalls at pipe outfalls in-lieu of HDPE mitered end 4. sections as shown on sheet C-06. 5. Include all rip-rap at storm pipe outflows as shown. 6. Installation of soil stabilization matting and hydromulching of all disturbed areas 7. All SWPPP provisions and SWPPP monitoring/documenting to be included.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
