Description

Through the Lake Denham Muck Farm Restoration project (Project), the successful respondent will survey, design, permit, monitor, and construct the restoration tasks detailed below. The LCWA intends to offer mineral rights within a portion of the project area to the successful respondent in exchange for property maintenance, water/nutrient management, and comprehensive site restoration. The vertical and horizontal extents and potential value of extractable minerals (e.g., peat) are currently unknown. Prior to receiving mineral rights, the successful respondent will develop a project work plan, schedule and budget that is approved by and cost-neutral to LCWA and that is consistent with the LCWA’s project objectives as follows.
