Design-Build Services for Additional Elevators at Dadeland North Metrorail Station Parking Garage Project

The Design-Build firm will use the signed and sealed Design Criteria Package (construction drawings and specifications) prepared by the Design Criteria Professional to perform all of the required work to provide a complete design inclusive of signed and sealed final construction drawings and technical specifications by a registered professional engineer in the State of Florida and furnish all labor, equipment and materials to construct a new elevator tower with two new elevators on the northern end of the existing Parking Garage; place the two new elevators in functional service; install a proposed pre-fabricated Bus Operator Supervisor’s Booth; construct a proposed canopy along the eastern side of the existing Parking Garage; modernize (refurbish) the four existing elevators located within the elevator lobby at the center of the existing Parking Garage; and perform the overhaul and renewal (refurbishment) of the existing Parking Garage, inclusive of all architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural repairs. In addition, the Design-Build firm shall obtain all of the necessary permits from the Agencies Having Jurisdiction before the start of construction.
