Fond Du Lac Operators Building HVAC Replacement

Replace one existing rooftop unit with two new interconnected 12.5 tons rooftop units. The existing control system will be replaced ,upgraded, and integrated into the existing County wide head end system. Project: Substantial Completion 180/ Calendar Days A 10 percent bid bond or certified check is required with bid. The low responsive, responsible bidder will be recommended for contract award. Owner reserves right to reject bid, to waive informalities in bid or to accept bid which will be in best interest of Owner. Base Bid shall remain open to acceptance for a period of 60 days after bid due date.
