Reconstruction of Dolphin Harbor and Canvasback Cay Streets - RW2203 - City of Baytown

This project includes roadway reconstruction, paving and drainage for Dolphin Harbor and Canvasback Cay streets, located in the Bay Oaks Harbor subdivision. These are narrow one way streets, with an asphalt pavement surface, and open ditch drainage. The project includes subgrade and base repair, and replacement with asphalt pavement. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
