Cancellation Description The Salmon Meadows Rehabilitation project scope of work is already covered under a MATOC/ID/IQ contract for the USDA USFS Region 6 Roads and Bridges ID/IQ.As such, it cannot be advertised on the Government Point of Entry until it has past full advertisment on the ID/IQ and failure to make award has occurred.The project was not identified as a Region 6 ID/IQ candidate until 14 April 2023.To ensure a fair and legal first opportunity for this work for all ID/IQ holding Vendors, the Government must terminate this advertisement.Should ID/IQ vendors not recieve award after the first period of advertisement on the Region 6 ID/IQ, the Government may elect at that time to advertise full and open on SAM.gov. Scope of Work for Items: Base Item Forest Service Road 3800000: the scope is to reclaim the existing bituminous surface, estimated 16' wide, recondition the existing roadbed, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. The installation of corrugated metal is listed under option item #1 (Schedule Items). Location of site: Beginning at the Forest Service Boundary, junction county road N. Fork Creek, and ending at mile post 6.80, junction Forest Service Road 3820000, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #2 Forest Service Road 3800475: the scope is to recondition the existing roadbed, 12' wide, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. Location of site: Beginning junction Forest Service Road 3800000 and ending at mile post 0.14, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #3 Forest Service Road 3820000: the scope is to clear and grub, 5' wide, each side of road, recondition the existing roadbed, 12' wide, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. Location of site: Beginning junction Forest Service Road 3800000 and ending at mile post 3.58, Forest Service boundary, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. Option Item #4 Forest Service Road 3700000: the scope is to reclaim the existing bituminous surface, estimated 16' wide, recondition the existing roadbed, where needed, installing new corrugated metal culvert pipe, and placing and compacting aggregate surface course. Location of site: Beginning at the junction county road W. Fork Creek, and ending at mile post 5.20, Colville National Forest, Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan County Washington. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
