Refer specific Questions re RFB: Darnell Sam Office of Environmental Trust PO Box 150 Nespelem, WA 99155 509.634.2417 darnell.sam.env@colvilletribes.com The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR), Environmental Trust Department (ETD) is inviting interested firms to submit a bid and qualification statements for the performance of specified stream crossing and road improvement work on the Colville Reservation for the purpose of nonpoint source (NPS) water pollution control work to improve water quality in the Armstrong Peel Smith Creek watersheds. CTCR intends to award a firm, fixed price construction contract to furnish all labor, equipment, expertise, and specified materials necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the project. CTCR was awarded funding from Section 319 of the Clean Water Act Competitive Funding Program to control NPS pollution in the Armstrong, Pe'el, and Smith Creek Watersheds. Project funding comes from the Environmental Protection Agency - Davis Bacon wage apply.
