Description

As of December 13, 2022, construction is underway. A notice to proceed was issued August 25, 2022 and construction is expected to be completed on May 19, 2023. The Work comprises the of all materials, labor, tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, transportation, incidentals necessary to furnish, all implied requirements, and all appurtenant work as required to deliver and install the Bogert Trail Sewage Lift Station Project No. 18-18, including, but not limited to, a new below-ground sewer lift station consisting of a new wet well and dry well, and a 4-inch sewer force main that connects to the existing manhole to the west of the Bogert Trail Bridge. The location of the lift station facility will be in the vicinity of 1451 Bogert Trail, Palm Springs, CA 92264. The Work also includes electrical work associated with the new lift station, modifications to existing sewer manholes and pipelines, and surface improvements along the force main alignment. The work shall be diligently prosecuted to completion before the expiration of: 210 working days The Engineer's estimate is $2,000,000 TO $2,300,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *Information regarding subcontractor bidding has not been disclosed to the content management team at this time.
