Work Included: erect new greenhouse (district furnished) included pier footings, install all greenhouse equipment (district furnished) per general instruction manual and install metal station benches (district furnished). o All electrical, plumbing, mechanical work. o Concrete slab, Concrete pad, and trench drain at metal station benches for new greenhouse and POT upgrades per site plan. o Associated earthwork and grading per site plan. o Associated work for installation of greenhouse. o Provide temporary utilities such as sanitary facilities and temporary power.
