Roadway Improvements and Bridge Repairs on CR78 from Kirby Thompson Road to Fort Denaud Bridge Way

Provide construction services in connection with roadway improvements and bridge repairs for CR78 from Kirby Thompson Road to Fort Denaud Bridge Way. Bridge repairs will occur on Bridge No. 070011 over Jacks Branch on CR78. The work consists of roadway improvements and bridge repairs on CR78 from Kirby Thompson Road to Fort Denaud Bridge Way in accordance with the plans and specifications packages that were prepared by Kisinger Campo & Associates, Corp. which may include, but are not limited to Surveying (Property line identification and construction staking) Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) incidental to the construction Clearing and grubbing, including removal and disposal of all materials generated and disposed of at a proper disposal site Excavation and earthwork Grading work, including re-grading of slopes Milling and resurfacing of existing roadway Shoulder installation Testing Drainage pipe removal/installation Driveway and turnout construction Utility coordination Sign removal/installation Installation of sod and other erosion control measures as required Installation of signage and pavement markings Flowable fill Spalling repairs Integral pile jackets Bridge deck expansion joint rehabilitation Riprap Complete restoration of construction site Secure necessary paperwork to access private property when needed As-built survey
