| Description | Provide both waste tire processing services, and waste tire transportation services, or either as separate services. The waste tire process service must be in accordance with a valid DEP-issued permit that allows waste tire processing. Some examples of acceptable waste tire processing operations are waste to energy, manufacturing of crumb rubber, bailing of waste tires to be transported for further processing, and cutting of waste tires per regulations for disposal in a permitted landfill. The waste tire transportation service must be in accordance with a valid DEP -issued w aste tire collector registration that allows waste tire transportation. Contractors may provide bids for processing and transportation, processing only, or transportation only. | ||
