2021 Roadway Improvement Program

The Base Contract will generally include the mill and overlay of four Borough roadways (4,690 SY/460 TON). The Contract will also include 341 L.F. of concrete curb replacements, 700 S.F. of sidewalk replacements, 90 L.F. of concrete cheek wall, the resetting of 60 S.F. of brick sidewalk to meet ADA requirements, 72 S.F. of truncated dome inserts, 380 L.F. of pavement base underdrain, 20 Gal. of rubberized crack seal, 610 S.Y. of pavement repair, 93 Tons of leveling/scratch course, the replacement of all pavement markings and the replacement of two sign posts. The Base Contract will also include 440 Gallons of rubberized crack seal along nine Borough roadways as noted on Page 3B-4 of the Proposal and Contract. Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will generally include 70 S.Y. of pavement repair and the replacement of one Type C perpendicular crosswalk on Penn Street at S. State Street.
