Description

Northampton Township is proposing to construct a new eight (8) foot wide asphalt trail with parking lot, open to the public, located between the Northampton Municipal Park (located at 281 Hatboro Rd, Churchville, PA 18966) and the Maureen M. Welch Elementary School (located at 750 New Rd, Southampton Township, PA 18966). The site consists of one (1) Township owned parcel (TMP #31-005-037-2) and one (1) School District owned parcel (TMP #31-005-036-1) separated by an existing parcel boundary line. The work consists of but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, installation of Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, demolition, clearing & grubbing, grading, pavement installation and mill and overlay, installation of prefabricated boardwalk, installation of stormwater infrastructures, curbing, sidewalk, concrete pads, ramps, and landscaping.
