RFP - Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Testing, and Inspection Services Term Contract

The Agency often needs Geotechnical Engineering and Testing and Inspection services on a variety of potential projects. The aim of this RFP is to contract with a Geotechnical Engineering, Testing and Inspection Service firm(s) through competitive negotiations, authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia with experience in a full range of services necessary for construction material testing as well as the full range of geotechnical engineering support. The firm(s) will agree to be available to provide these services in a timely manner, thereby reducing the Agency's cost and time for advertising and developing numerous RFP's, and generally to increase the Agency's efficiency in obtaining professional services. The University reserves the right to select more than one firm to render services from this RFP and to contract for like or similar services exclusive from this RFP. The contract shall be renewable for a one year term, at the Agency's option, for up to a maximum of four (4) one year term renewals.
