**As of February 24, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $113,588.65** Project generally consists removal of a concrete center island slab and replacement with plantings and border selected by the Owner and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on January 24, 2023; All questions must be submitted through portal The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid
