Renovation of Boulevard Gardens Community Center

Scope includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and incidentals required for the permitting and renovation of the Boulevard Gardens Park Community Center and site improvements at the park located at 2780 NW 4th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 for the Highway Construction and Engineering Division, Parks Planning and Design Section. Phasing for the renovations of the existing building include removal of the existing trailer after County has occupied the renovated building. Site work to building basketball court is to follow the removal of the existing trailer. Contractor is excluded from providing labor, tools and equipment for moving of furniture and equipment from existing trailer to renovated building.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
