Senior Activity Center Project

The project consists of providing Construction Manager at Risk services and furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for the construction of a new 6,000-8,000 square foot Senior Activity Center for the City of Pompano Beach at a site to be determined within the District 4 -NWCRA, Pompano Beach, Florida. Site shall be developed to include all demolition/clearing and grubbing of existing areas within the parcel, construction of new utility connections, paving, grading, and drainage, new parking lot, and building. Site improvements may include planter areas as well as street furniture. The building is expected to be a one or two-story 6,000 to 8,000 square feet. It will consist of a state-of-the art facility containing a public Lobby and various activity areas to be determined as well as office space, possible gallery, flexible Multi-Purpose Event Space and accompanying support spaces, dressing/bathrooms, etc Senior Activity Center (estimated construction $4,500,000 plus $100,000 for pre-construction services. All work is expected to be completed in one phase. All work must be completed on/or before September 30, 2021.
