Description

Initial term of one (1) year. In addition, there will be four ( 4) optional years that may be engaged through the mutual consent of both parties on an annual basis. Contractor is to perform the following types of services: 1. Remove an existing pile, install a new pile and dispose of the existing pile. 2. Install new wood pile. 3. Install new steel pile. 4. Remove old piles. 5. Relocate existing piles or dolphins. 6. Install new dolphins. 7. M&R, and Storm repair on piers, floats, and ramps. 8. Other marine construction and repair projects as requested by the Town: 1. Wood pile to be 1.5 cca, 40' length, 12" tip or butt marine pile. 2. Steel Pile to be 40' length 12" diameter 500 wall (1/2") 16 mils epoxy coating.
