Description

Provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) Services for the reconstruction and remodel of the Water Treatment Plant Operations Building located at 3400 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL 32404. Consultant will serve as County’s designated representative to help manage the construction project for reconstruction and remodel of the Water Treatment Plant Operations Building. The scope of work for the CEI firm includes but is not limited to: 1. Attending preconstruction and construction progress meetings 2. Coordinating transmittal and distribution of submittals and RFIs between Contractor and Engineer 3. Performing daily site observations of work to document progress and general conformance with the Contract Documents 4. Observing and documenting quality control testing performed by Contractor 5. Coordinating schedule for Engineer to perform timely on-site visits as needed during course of construction
