Parking Lot Striping, Resurfacing and Maintenance

Work contract shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the application of seal coating, crack filling, patching striping, grading, asphalt overlay, asphalt removal, re-striping of previously prepared surfaces, and other services, as needed. The Contractor(s) must furnish the required labor, material, equipment, parts and supplies necessary for the application of the above services in accordance with the specifications unique to each. This list of services is by no means exhaustive and includes only the more common and general repair and maintenance needs of University of Louisville parking lots.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
