| Description | Removal of snow from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and entrances to Metro owned properties. Contractor will monitor conditions and mobilize whenever snow reaches the depth of two (2) inches as measured on the Metro premises or when drifting occurs. Facilities Management will monitor weather conditions and coordinate with the contractor to determine when there is a need to mobilize prior to reaching the two (2) inch trigger. Unless otherwise arranged, the Contractor will remove snow on building approaches. This includes removing snow on sidewalks. Contractors should generally clear the building approaches up to the building entrance doors. |
