Panama City Beach - Parking Lot Sealing and Crack Repair Frank Brown Park

1. Total area to be sealed is approximately 43,217 square yards. This is the entire asphalt parking lots at Frank Brown Park. 2. The asphalt surface should be thoroughly cleaned of all loose debris. 3. Oil spots should be flash burned and primed. 4. Cracks ¼” and wider will be cleaned and sealed with rubberized crack sealer. 5. Apply 2 coats of Gem Seal Black Diamond emulsion sand slurry or equal. The finished coating will represent a coverage rate of 5.5 square yards per gallon. 6. The Black Diamond Emulsion shall meet performance standards of FAA P-625; P-627; and P-630, ASTM, 490, 3422, D 5727 7. 4lbs of silica sand and 3% latex should be added per gallon of emulsion. 8. Restripe as per existing layout using Fed. Specification TTP-1952B, or equal, white/blue/yellow traffic paint applied at the rate of (325 linear feet) of standard (4 inch) stripe per gallon. 9. Material Specification sheet is attached. Must use Black Diamond Pavement Sealer or approved equivalent.
