Architectural and Engineering Design Services for Improvements and Additions to the Shenandoah County Library

As of December 16, 2022, the county has selected an architect. A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed, however they expect to be through the design development stage by early 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Shenandoah County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or irregularities when deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
