Multi-Use Trail Construction Projects

PN- ENI8-236-201, P101, C501, 17-0042 Provision of All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Superintendence and All Things Necessary for Construction Services for Up to Three Different Projects Known as: multi-use Trail Construction Projects, Located in the Town of Hillsboro, Virginia, and Known as the Stony Point Trail, Gaver Mill Trail and Gapway Trail The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of each Multi-Use Trail Project and as required in the Contract Documents (hereinafter collectively "the Work"). The Work shall be performed according to the standards established by the Contract Documents read together as a single specification. It shall be the obligation of the Contractor to obtain clarification from the Project Manager concerning any questions about or conflicts in the specifications, drawings and construction notes in a timely way so as not to delay the progress of the Work. The Contract Documents set forth the minimum Work estimated by the Town and the Contractor to be necessary to complete the Work. It shall be the Contractor's responsibility, at solely the Contractor's cost, to provide sufficient services to fulfill the purposes of the Work. Nothing in the Contract Documents shall be construed to limit the Contractor's responsibility to manage the details and execution of its Work.
