Salt Pond Liner

The Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install approximately 113,778 square feet of waterproof liner or membrane on top of an existing waterproof liner in three salt ponds located within the Christiansburg Residency per the specifications contained herein. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Patty Harvey at Patty.Harvey@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters identified. Provide questions by 4:30 on October 1, 2022.
