Description

Project C 0252-485 / FBR 0252-487 (BE) consists of replacing the bridges at 23rd Avenue and I 25, and Speer Boulevard and I-25, including necessary improvements related to these replacements, and the interchange complex at Speer and 23rd Avenues. This scope of work is for preliminary investigation and design plans for both a conceptual and 30% (FIR) level, and development and completion of a NEPA decision document, as well as supporting documentation for policy compliance.
