Description

**This RFP is intend to issued on or about September 12, 2022** The City of Miami ("City") received an unsolicited proposal for the development of City-owned property located between 1970 NW 13 Ave and 1950 NW 12 Ave at Northwest 20th Street ("GSA Site") and will accept other proposals for the same qualifying project. The City's Department of Procurement ("Procurement") and the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management ("DREAM") intend to issue a Request for Proposals ("RFP") on or about September 12, 2022, for the remediation, development, and improvement of the GSA Site. The intent of the RFP is to help develop the GSA Site into a mixed-use development with residential, retail, office, and hotel uses, as well as various public benefits. Ultimately, the City anticipates entering into a long-term lease and development agreement with a responsive and responsible Proposer who will, among other tasks, relocate or accommodate the existing uses and redevelop the site in accordance with the requirements specified in the RFP. The forthcoming RFP shall contain information regarding the Property, submission requirements, and selection procedures.
