| Description | The Contractor shall remove all excess material and shall clean up and restore the project area impacted by construction activities and adjacent to drainage work to its original condition or better. All damage to the project areas on items such as existing structures, pavement, driveways, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, shrubbery, grass, trees, utility poles, conduits, rocked, graveled or stabilized areas, and including all obstructions not specifically named herein, shall be repaired or replaced, as determined by the Town. Site restoration shall be done in a timely manner as the work progresses. |
