Sidewalk Improvements - Multiple Sites

Work includes construction of new sidewalks, sidewalk connectors, driveway approaches, curb ramps, curbs and/or gutters; reconstruction and/or repair of existing sidewalks, sidewalk connectors, driveway approaches, curb ramps, curbs and/or gutters; removal and disposal of various existing pavements, trees, tree roots and debris; grading and preparation of subgrade and sodding; and adjustment of existing utility valve covers to new finished grade. One or a combination of more than one of the work described herein may be required to be performed at any given site pursuant to the requirements of the Work Order governing the site. Location: The location of work to be performed under the terms of this Contract shall be as follows: 1. SW 154 Ave from SW 80 St to SW 81 Circle Lane (include 15401 SW 81 Circle Ln) 2. Campo Rd from Country Walk Dr to SW 145 Ter 3. SW 78 St to SW Kendale Lakes Blvd (theoretical SW 82 St) from SW 145 Ave to SW 142 Ave around Kendale Lakes Park 4. SW 149 Ave from SW 88 St to SW 92 Terr. 5. SW 139 Ave from SW 32 St to SW 34 St 6. SW 153 Pl from SW 8 St to SW 10 St 7. SW 149 Ave from SW 71 St to SW 72 St (not included) 8. SW 112 St from SW 154 Ave to SW 157 Ave 9. SW 147 Pl from SW 70 Ter to SW 148 Ave (including 6898 SW 147 Place)
