Underground Storage Tank Repairs

• Saw cut and remove concrete around the four UST spill containers located directly outside KAT’s maintenance shop. • Install four new 5-gallon single-wall edge spill containers, OPW part # 1C-3101P (5-gallon single wall spill container with steel rain tight lid). All four spill containers must be insert type designed for future replacement without removal of concrete. • Pour concrete back and dispose of all construction debris. • Perform hydro test and provide all forms required for TDEC compliance. • Remove existing overfill drop tunes from all four maintenance shop USTs. • Install four new overfill drop tubes, OPW part # 71SO-4000 (4” NonVapor-Tight Overfill Valve – 8’ Diameter). • Perform functionality test for each drop tube and provide all forms for TDEC compliance.
