55 Park Place AYSPS Renovation

Scope: Renovation of the 2nd, 4th, 7th and 9th floors in the 55 Park Place building will facilitate the relocation of the AYSPS from a leased building at 14 Marietta Street. The programmed space should include: Collaborative research spaces for faculty, staff, researchers and students to utilize while developing and working on grants, empirical research or technical assistance projects. Expanded computer lab space for experimental economics and cybersecurity. Student services area for academic advisement, career development and alumni outreach and engagement. Collaborative meeting, seminar and team rooms utilized by faculty, staff, researchers, students and the college’s collaborative stakeholders. Graduate student and post-doctoral cubicle areas (approx. 150). Academic faculty and staff offices (approx. 130), including research centers.
