Description

**As of November 28, 2022, project was awarded to Dirt Dawg Excavating but awarded amount is not available.** The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the installation of approximately 4,534 L.F. of 8" and 4,687 L.F. of 12" PVC waterline with associated gate valves, fire hydrants, and water services along Janice St., Redfield St., and Baker Ave. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The right is reserved by the Council of Village of Lodi to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Lodi. The estimated construction cost for this project is $1,400,000.00.
