Project to include the new construction of a residence hall. The building will consist of two wings on each floor with primarily single and double occupancy units connected by kitchenettes. The wing amenities will include a variety of studies, laundry room, and unisex bathrooms. The building core area connecting the wings will include a game area, kitchen, lounges, C store, exercise room along with residence center offices, front desk, mailroom, and lobby workroom.
