Project No - 21028 Sealed bids will be for furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, superintendence, and labor for construction of the following being improvements for the City of Tyler, Texas: City of Tyler Bid Number: 22-032 Project Name: Wastewater Treatment Plant Chlorination/Dechlorination Improvements The project includes: Replacement of chlorine and sulfur dioxide chemical storage and feed systems, installation of water supply improvements, installation of an emergency gas scrubber, replacement of gates, enclosure of chlorine storage area, replacement of doors, windows, and lighting, paving and site improvements, and associated appurtenances. Work under this contract includes: Removal and replacement of existing chlorine and sulfur dioxide chemical storage and feed systems at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Installation of water supply improvements to chlorine feed room for chlorine solution development and chlorine residual analysis at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Installation of an emergency scrubber at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Removal and replacement of chlorine contact chamber gates at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Enclosure of the existing chlorine storage area at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant including new concrete masonry block and brick veneer walls. Removal and replacement of existing windows, doors, and lights throughout the chlorination/dechlorination building at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Site improvements at the City's Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant including asphalt driveway, all-weather access rock driveway, concrete sidewalks, concrete pavement, concrete foundation for emergency scrubber, and associated appurtenances. Removal and replacement of existing chlorine and sulfur dioxide chemical storage and feed systems at the City's Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Installation of water supply improvements to chlorine feed room for chlorine solution development and chlorine residual analysis at the City's Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Removal and replacement of chlorine contact chamber effluent weir at the City's Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant. Site improvements at the City's Westside Wastewater Treatment Plant including asphalt driveway, concrete sidewalks, concrete pavement, drainage improvements, and associated appurtenances.
