| Description | To provide quality and competitive Horizontal Directional Drilling (“HDD”) and/or Horizontal Directional Boring (“HDB”) Servives in a timely and professional manner on an as-needed basis. The Selected Firm(s) will furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to drill/bore, install, and fuse High-Density Polyethylene Pipe (“HDPE”) for use by various utility systems. Utility systems include, but are not limited to, chilled water, domestic water, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, gas, telecommunications, and electrical systems. |
