Description	This Master Plan is intended to provide direction for the future of the District’s Intermodal Logistics Center (ILC) Program by fostering economic development in the region. The economic development goal for the state of Florida is to become a hub for trade, logistics, and export-oriented activities. To accomplish this goal, the FDOT developed the ILC Infrastructure Support Program to respond to private sector market demands efficiently.
