| Description | Overhead signs located within District 6 of the Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter called the Department, are to be inspected in compliance with Federal and State regulations. For the purpose of this scope a structure is considered to be an Overhead Sign if it is located on government right-of-way and meets the criteria established in the AASHTO Transportation Glossary and State of Florida Statue 335.074, Safety Inspection of Bridges, National Bridge Inspection Standard Code of Federal Regulations 23-Highways, Part 650, Subpart C; and must match one of the overhead sign structures. |
