Coral Oaks Main Parking Lot Resurfacing Project

The Contractor is to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and operations necessary to complete the work listed below for the Coral Oaks Golf Course ain Parking Lot Resurfacing Project. This project involves performing milling, paving, surface repairs, signing, and striping at the existing main parking lot (96,320 Sq. Ft. = 10,703 Sq. Yd.) at Coral Oaks Golf Course located at 1800 NW 28th Avenue, Cape Coral, Florida. The existing complex’s surface infrastructure was built in the late 1980s and is in need of rehabilitation. The parking lot has never been resurfaced, only seal coated and restriped multiple times each. The current asphalt surface is rated as poor to fair. There will be 10,703 square yards of milling to be performed, 669 tons of Type S-I asphalt to be laid, as well as 1,284 square feet of surface repairs required using Type S-I asphalt.
